* Shareholders have the right to have issues which fall within the General Meeting's power of remitdiscussed at a General Meeting, provided that a written request to this effect is received by the Board of Directors early enough for the issue to be included in the invitation to the General Meeting. Such requests are considered to have arrived in time if the Board of Directors has received notification of the request at least four weeks before the invitation to the General Meeting is published. The above-mentioned date is based on the estimated time of publishing the invitation to the General Meeting.
