Innofactor helps Mitsubishi Motors to improve customers’ car ownership experience

Mitsubishi Motors chooses Innofactor to implement its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online based customer relationship management solution. This also includes the implementation and integration of a Market Automation solution which will make the everyday lives of Mitsubishi's many customers easier.

The automotive branch has access to large amounts of information about customers and cars, but companies often lack a system to store all this information. Mitsubishi, which has recently increased its market share in Sweden and achieved great success with new models such as the extremely environmentally friendly car Mitsubishi Outlander Plug-in Hybrid, has now chosen to deploy a customer relationship management solution for creating a 360-degree view of customers' commitment, behavior and potential. Based on the 360-degree view, Mitsubishi is able to leverage information about the owner, driver, car, dealer or workshop in order to provide better, more personal service to their customers and partners. This provides the company data driven insights for better decision making and enables them to improve customers’ car ownership experience, increase satisfaction and create loyalty to the brand by communicating with the right customers, at the right time in the right channel.

The project to deploy the new customer relationship management solution is getting started now with the objective of being in operation by the end of the year.
