Innofactor Earns Three New Microsoft Specialization Recognitions

Microsoft has awarded Innofactor three new Specialization recognitions: Sales, Service, and Low Code Application Development. These recognitions strengthen Innofactor's position in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and demonstrate deep expertise in developing business solutions.

Microsoft's Specialization recognitions require partners to demonstrate proven and continuous competence. Each recognition has its own criteria:

  • To earn the Low Code Application Development Specialization, a partner must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and significant experience in implementing Microsoft's low-code solutions, along with documented success in customer projects.
  • The Sales Specialization requires strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and the ability to innovate solutions that enhance customer experience.
  • The Service Specialization demands proven proficiency in Dynamics 365 Service and the capability to develop comprehensive service processes.

In addition, Microsoft requires rigorous evaluations, certified professionals, and customer references that validate the partner's ability to deliver measurable value.
