Jönköping University is making a strategic move toward more modern and efficient management of documents, cases, and meeting administration. Following a comprehensive and competitive procurement process, the university has selected Innofactor as the provider of a new document and case management system.
With Innofactor Dynasty, Jönköping University gains a tool that enables clearer processes, standardized templates, and reduced dependency on individual staff. This means the entire organization, from the foundation board to all affiliated companies, can operate within a unified and transparent decision-making process.
"We look forward to implementing a system that creates the conditions for safer and more efficient information management at Jönköping University," says Amanda Rothén, Senior Administrative Coordinator at Jönköping University.
The implementation is a strategic investment that strengthens regulatory compliance, enhances information governance, and contributes to a more sustainable work environment. The system delivers tangible efficiency gains through faster information retrieval, smoother case preparation, and more streamlined decision-making. By consolidating recordkeeping, case management, and meeting administration into a modern and user-friendly platform, the university fosters greater transparency, legal certainty, and a more accessible workday for both employees and decision-makers.
"With our experience supporting the public sector in digital transformation journeys, we are confident that the solution we are now implementing for Jönköping University will create long-term value. We are proud to contribute to increased efficiency, higher quality, and strengthened information security," says Carl Schultz, Project Manager at Innofactor.
Jönköping University has approximately 14,000 students, including nearly 2,000 international students, and is ranked as one of Sweden's leading universities for international student exchange. Through its collaboration with Innofactor, the university is establishing a long-term sustainable and future-proof solution for the entire Jönköping University Foundation and its six wholly owned subsidiaries.
