Finland's leading IT publication Tivi has recognized Anni Wahlroos, Deputy CEO of Innofactor, as one of the 50 most influential women leaders in the technology industry. The list was compiled based on reader nominations, highlighting women who serve as role models and trailblazers in the Finnish tech sector.
According to feedback from Tivi's readers, Wahlroos is "a respected leader who inspires and motivates others to reach their full potential. Her leadership style combines determination with humanity."
Wahlroos has built her career at Innofactor for more than a decade. She has served as Chief People Officer and, in November 2024, was also appointed Deputy CEO alongside CEO Sami Ensio. She has been a member of Innofactor's Executive Board since 2022.

She is particularly known for her work in shaping Innofactor's culture and workplace community, centered around the values People First and Be The Real You. Under her leadership, Innofactor has renewed its leadership model and strengthened a team-based structure designed to support employee wellbeing and success.
"I'm proud to work in a company where people are valued so highly that the Chief Human Resources Officer can be promoted to Deputy CEO. That's not very common," Wahlroos told Tivi in an interview.
