Innofactor Plc Press release November 13, 2025, at 9:00 Finnish time

Innofactor has been named the winner of Microsoft Finland's SMB Innovation category. The recognition was granted for Innofactor's Smart Business Platform concept, which enables small and medium-sized businesses to digitalize their operations quickly and with measurable results.

"In the SMB Innovation category, we reward a partner who has demonstrated exceptional innovation and the ability to bring Microsoft technologies and AI solutions into the everyday operations of SMBs. Innofactor's Smart Business Platform is an excellent example of this – it enables SMBs to achieve fast and controlled digitalization along with tangible business benefits," comments Tarja Jernström, Director, Commercial Partner Lead at Microsoft Finland.

Smart Business Platform combines Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, Copilot AI, and Power Platform into a unified business platform that integrates data and processes across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service. With this solution, customers can automate processes and gradually build a cohesive, AI-ready architecture to support their business.

"The idea behind Smart Business Platform is simple: to bring Microsoft technologies and AI into the daily operations of SMBs in a predictable and easy-to-adopt way that truly benefits the business. The concept unifies multiple business applications, such as ERP, CRM, and project and portfolio management, into a single business platform. This supports the client's core processes and enables AI utilization across application boundaries. The concept was developed in close collaboration with customers and Microsoft, and it provides an effective way to connect data, streamline processes, and accelerate growth," says Jyrki Vepsäläinen, CEO of Innofactor Solutions.

Smart Business Platform is already in use by several Finnish SMBs across different industries. These projects have delivered significant benefits in areas such as process automation, data harmonization, and business development.

"I am deeply grateful to Microsoft for this recognition. It is a testament to our expertise and the trust that has been built over the years between us, our customers, and Microsoft," says Sami Ensio, Founder and CEO of Innofactor.

Additionally, this year's individual Partner Ecosystem Contribution awards were granted to Sami Ensio and Saara Anttolainen from Innofactor, as well as Marika Kotola from Sovelto Eduhouse, for their significant contributions to Microsoft's partner ecosystem. Their commitment and active engagement have strengthened collaboration and created added value for the entire ecosystem.
