Cloud-based services and hosting
Innofactor provides highly usable and flexible cloud-based services and hosting services with a cost-efficient pricing model. Innofactor’s services include a continuous troubleshooting service and an availability guarantee. The hosting service capacity can be flexibly increased according to traffic requirements.
Flexible capacity allocation with Innofactor’s cloud services
Innofactor’s server capacity is available through three alternative schemes:

As customer-dedicated server capacity with pre-defined processor, memory and storage capacity allocations reserved for the customer’s use. The capacity can be flexibly increased as needed.

As part of a comprehensive Software as a Service (SaaS) or Application Service Provisioning (ASP) package where Innofactor ensures the capacity according to the user amounts and other information provided by the customer. SaaS services are available together with Innofactor’s own software solutions and Microsoft’s software solutions.

As dedicated hardware capacity, in which case pre-defined servers and storage capacity are reserved specifically for the customer. Note that this option may in some cases be mandatory due to software or information security requirements.

Microsoft cloud-based solutions
Innofactor has extensive experience in providing Microsoft’s online services to its customers. We can provide Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Intune services, for example.
