Innofactor Selected as Expert Partner for Finnish Customs Data Management Services

Innofactor Platforms Oy has been selected as a supplier for an IT consulting framework agreement focused on the development of Finnish Customs' data management services. The collaboration includes the delivery of expert services to support the development and maintenance of Customs' information systems, data warehousing, and reporting solutions.

The partnership will strengthen Finnish Customs' ability to develop and maintain complex information systems and respond to the evolving needs of its operating environment with the support of specialized expertise. Innofactor's team will initially include a Technical Project Manager, a Senior Data Warehouse Specialist, and a Data Warehouse Specialist, with additional resources to be added as needed as the project progresses.

The estimated total value of the procurement, excluding VAT, is approximately EUR 3.2 million. The scope is estimated at approximately 28 full-time equivalent (FTE) years over a three-year contract period, with a possible two-year extension.
