City of Vantaa modernizes case and meeting management – Innofactor Dynasty selected as supplier

The City of Vantaa is renewing its city-wide case and meeting management and, following a public procurement process, has selected Innofactor Dynasty Oy as the system supplier. The objective of the reform is to make daily administrative work clearer and reduce the need for manual effort.

The chosen solution, Innofactor Dynasty, brings together case processing, decision-making, and governing body meetings into a single, city-wide system.

"In the City of Vantaa's procurement, there was a strong emphasis on finding a solution that supports shared ways of working, guides users, and reduces manual tasks," says Senior Project Manager Inka Veriö from Innofactor.

The user-guiding SaaS solution will support the City of Vantaa's operational processes and help reduce the risk of errors. Automation will replace manual and memory-dependent steps, allowing employees to focus more on their core expert work.

The solution also includes a digital service channel through which residents and other customers can initiate matters, submit the required information and attachments, track the progress of their cases, and receive decisions electronically.

The system will be deployed across the entire City of Vantaa organization and will serve as a centralized repository and retrieval system for case management information.

The estimated total contract value, excluding VAT, is approximately EUR 1.8 million. The project, divided into three phases, commenced in April 2026 and is scheduled for completion in October 2027.
