The City of Helsinki's Social Services, Health Care and Rescue Services Division Selects Innofactor Dynasty as Supplier of Its Case Management System

The City of Helsinki has selected Innofactor Dynasty Oy as the supplier of its new case management system following a public procurement process. The procurement covers a comprehensive document and case management solution that supports the management of cases, documents, and related processes across the division. 

The solution will be used by the Social Services, Health Care and Rescue Services Division and will cover the processing and monitoring of cases and documents throughout their entire lifecycle. The solution also includes information governance, electronic signatures, electronic archiving, publication management, and the necessary integrations. Information security and data protection requirements were key considerations in the procurement process.

The estimated total value of the procurement is approximately EUR 0.9 million, excluding VAT.
