City of Espoo selects Innofactor as the provider of a decision-making system

The City of Espoo has selected Innofactor in a public procurement competition as the provider of a SaaS decision-making system. The target of the procurement is a decision-making system, which includes the solution and its licenses, delivery and implementation projects, maintenance and support services, and specialist services for small development and implementations. The goal is to have the solution to serve the decision-making in the City of Espoo and its preparation in all of the city offices and institutions. The solution utilizes a data flow plan and includes an electronic meeting management, a register of elected officials, and a contract register. The system to be provided by Innofactor will be based on Innofactor's Dynasty product family. The system delivery and the related integrations are planned to be implemented during 2019–2020. Stated by the City of Espoo in the procurement decision, the estimated total value (excluding VAT) is EUR 1,500,000 of which EUR 950,000 is budgeted for next four years.

As electronic services are being extended, a growing number of of residents, customers and visitors will also be using them.

The decision will be legally valid after the appeal period defined in the Procurement Act has passed.
