Åland Takes a Digital Leap with New Case Management System – Åda Ab and Innofactor Launch Strategic Partnership for the Future of Public Administration

Åda Ab has signed a framework agreement with Innofactor to deliver the Dynasty case management system to the public sector in Åland, following a completed procurement process. The agreement covers the Government of Åland, all 16 municipalities, and six joint municipal authorities — enabling each organization to modernize and streamline its case management and take a significant step forward in digital transformation.

The goal of the procurement is to establish a flexible, future-proof solution that can be tailored to the varying needs of both the Government and the municipalities. Provided as a service by Åda Ab, Dynasty includes hosting, support, maintenance, continuous development, project management, customer-specific customization, training, and integration with other systems.
