Sami Ensio's and his children's ownership of the Westend ICT Plc votes and shares has exceeded one fourth (25 percent) due to the subscription of the share in the directed issue in accordance of the resolution of the extraordinary general meeting of the company on 27 December 2010.
4. Share of the ownership in the company on 28 December 2010:
Sami Ensio and his children; 147,109,255 shares, 25.14% of shares and votes.
