On September 30th, 2013, Innofactor has acquired Dynamic Team (company name Lainetar Oy, based in Tampere, Finland) and its business in order to strengthen its offering in the Microsoft Dynamics AX business area. The acquired company will become part of Innofactor’s Business Solutions unit effective immediately.
”Microsoft Dynamics AX together with Dynamics NAV represent a growing market in the Microsoft ecosystem. We will be in an even stronger position to support our customers’ existing ERP systems as well as new ERP requirements full scale,” explains Sami Ensio, CEO of Innofactor Plc.
Innofactor aims to grow as a Microsoft solutions provider faster than what is the average growth rate of the IT market.
Dynamic Team is an IT service company founded in 2009 employing four people. It has focused on delivering ERP systems based on the Microsoft Dynamics AX technology. As Tarja Laine, leader of the AX team comments: “We want to broaden our competence and offering so that we can serve customers even better with Microsoft solutions supporting Dynamics AX. Since Innofactor is the leading provider of Microsoft based solutions in Finland, it is a major step for us to become part of the same team.”
