Employee leasing company Seure provides personnel services for municipalities and joint municipal authorities in the Helsinki metropolitan area. With the help of Innofactor, Seure implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system to make customer relationship management easier.
The customized system was implemented so that it can be expanded with Microsoft services in the future.
The personnel services that Seure provides include employee leasing for hospitals, kindergartens, and schools, among others. Seure's biggest clients are the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa as well as The Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS).
"We needed a CRM system and wanted a partner to customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 according to our needs," says Customer Experience Manager Ella Kyllönen.
Innofactor's competency was convincing
In order to find a suitable partner, Seure organized a tender, which was decided in favor of Innofactor due to the company's references, competency, and a good project plan.
"The deciding factor in the tender was the complete set of services that Innofactor was able to provide. We were looking for a partner with an exceptionally solid competency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. At the same time, we needed an agile partner to develop services in cooperation with us," says System Architect Emilia Carulla.
At the moment, Seure is using a slightly expanded Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system, complemented by two add-ons: Microsoft's portal and a chat solution, which is to be tested during autumn.
"Innofactor's competency has been solid. They have seasoned employees with many years of experience in this platform and product. An obvious additional benefit is their expertise in many other Microsoft products," Carulla states.

All in all, Seure has been very satisfied with the cooperation with Innofactor. What has been particularly impressive is the level of commitment that Innofactor's experts have shown.
